CURVED ROLLER RECONDITIONING
THE Roll Bow
has experienced Experts in Curved Rolls since 1999. Each Curved Cylinder that arrives to be Reformed is previously inspected manually, photographed, taken in all dimensions, reported (Report) to be returned to the customer withthe same technical characteristicsso you don't have any problems when reinstalling it on a machine.
Continuous act, the Curved Roll is disassembled. Each component - mugs, spacers, seal collars, pulleys, gaskets, couplings, rings, seals, shaft, curvature, etc. It is carefully cleaned for wear or misalignment. All bearings are replaced. The bearings are disassembled to check for wear or looseness in their components. Each usable bearing is cleaned, repainted.
Reassembled with new bearings, properly lubricated
Before reassembly, there is a subassembly in which each component is tested and monitored for Quality and Reliability.
When sending / returning each Curved Cylinder, the Roll Bow sends it electronically, as in the body of the Curved Roll Guarantee Certificate, Instructions for Use and Handling and Photos of the Equipment.
